PROCESS

At ProjectEngin, we believe that the best processes are grounded in prior experiences and accomplishments. You already have math and science teachers who are expert in their subject areas, equipment in your labs, and learners who are ready to “do”. You have experts in history, art, and technology on your faculty. Regardless of the subject or grade, strategic use of engineering design practices and thinking can provide the skills-based framework you’re looking for.  Our goal is to help teachers create learning experiences that are both content-rich and skills-focused.

We firmly believe any new initiative must work for your teachers. We will work together with you to innovate an engineering design approach in your classrooms. All ProjectEngin personnel have backgrounds in teaching and our workshops and curricular offerings are always customized to meet the needs of teachers.  We combine our firsthand knowledge of Engineering with the talents and expertise of your classroom teachers to develop and support practices and curriculum that engages the learner. We are committed to enhancing, not increasing, what they are already teaching.  Our goal is to help your teachers educate young people who are equipped with the skills and information needed to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
